Straight out of music and acting school I landed my dream job as understudy and ensemble in the first Norwegian production of the musical “Phantom of the Opera”.

Everyone around me was smiling to have landed such a great job. I was supposed to be happy, but on the inside I was fucking miserable.

Instead of living the life of my dreams, I was living a life based on what others wanted of me. Every day I was trying to prove to my parents, my peers, society and the world that I was "good enough" and that I was living life the "right way"

But in doing that I had created my own living hell, and I felt like a hermit in a grey land of loneliness, depression and despair.

Even amongst friends and family I felt lost, and in my sadness I kept asking myself:

“Who am I really?

“Why am I here?”

“Whats my purpose?”

“Why am I miserable when everyone else seems happy?”

It felt like the world had no space for my authentic self and I didnt even know who I really was…

But one day everything changed...

I had hesitated for years to start writing my own music, even though I knew in my soul this was what I really wanted to do. Then one day I said “fuck it”, I am going write my own songs, no matter what anyone says, no matter how much they suck!”

That choice marked the shift: from creating out of fear and limitation to living a life guided by intuition and the joy of creating from my heart.

What a relief!

I started to let go of what wasnt my true authentic self. I began writing music in many different styles to explore the essence of my creative self. I leaned into the unkown.

And in time I also discovered the natural laws of the success through the teachings of William Whitecloud and Robert Fritz. Once I began applying these universal premises to my life, everything changed.

The more I trusted in my heart the more free I felt

• I found my true artistic voice, and recorded my debut rock album (Listen here)

• I built an income that supports my artistic career

• I travelled the world, met new friends and said goodbye to the old ones that no longer served me

• I met my soulmate on a trip to Africa, which I now happily call my girlfriend

• I became healthier, stronger, and more alive and I lost 25 kg in the process

Now I wake up every day feeling alive, joyful and in love with the life I am creating and living.

And my definition of success is simple:

Am I creating and living a life I love?

If the answer isnt HELL YES! Something is off..

Heres what I know now:

• We all start out life on a default path that doesnt work, following that path will keep you stuck in a neveranding cycle of pain, misery and despair

• When you step into your true creative potential and start creating your life from there, you whole life changes and it feels like magic..

• Structure has integrity, and it is where you are coming from in the actions you take that determines the outcomes in your life.

Now I live by one purpose: to create, share, live and express my heart in the world and to inspire others to do the same.
